The Ocean Twins 38 designed by Pat Patterson Built by Cornish Catamarans Ltd was the last model to come out of the yard in Cornwall in 1991.
The success of the Heavenly Twins models and their use as long distance cruisers had propelled Pat to build the next generation of cat, which was a larger and much more purposeful design, built for extended, long distance cruising.
All the lines led back to the cockpit making this a safe and very easy boat to sail.
The catamaran boasts an generously spacious interior with galley down but because of the design the chef is not going to feel left out of the action as it feels very "open plan". Large flat decks offer a great deal of usable deck space for its size.
The Ocean Twins is well balanced with engines placed amidships with shaft drive coupled with three blade reversing propellers, making it easy and accessible for maintenance and not having to take your bed apart to get to everything.
Antifouled 7/4/22, Anodes Replaced 7/4/22. Major engine service in March 22.
